Orders received before 2:30 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders including expedited shipping not placed before the shipping cutoff will not ship until the next day. If your order is placed after the cutoff shipping time on Friday or on the weekend the order will not be shipped until Monday or the next business day if a holiday.

30 Days Money Back Warranty

If you are not satisfied with our product due to its not-working, or the item is damaged on the way of shipping, you can send them back to us for refund within 30 days after you receive it. We are sorry for that any shipping fees are not refundable. We only refund you the item price, excluding shipping fee charged from your account. 

One Month Replacement Warranty

If there is anything wrong with the product with in one month after you receive it, and the product is not damaged by human force, you can contact our customer service to request Repacement.

One Year Manufacture Warranty

We provide one year Manufacture Warranty including free repair, customer service, technical support, etc.. Buyer needs to pay for all the shippings for the repair. And the buyer also need to pay the any additional cost for the item or accessories, which were broken by the buyer himself
